07 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we talk.

A few things you might want to know.

Do you work with businesses in Namibia?

Yes. Our offering is focused on Namibian energy, engineering, industrial suppliers and startups. Discovery, design reviews and handover can be handled remotely, so you can review progress wherever you work.

What do I need to provide?

Your logo, service information, contact details and any approved photos, company profiles or project examples. We help organise the information. If you need substantial copywriting or new photography, we include that in the scope.

Can you improve my existing website?

Yes. We can review your current pages, messaging and enquiry journey, then agree whether a focused update or a full redesign makes the most sense.

Are the websites in your portfolio real client projects?

The Vertex and Fieldnote websites are fictional demonstration concepts. They show our design approach and suggested page structures. They are labelled as concepts throughout and do not claim client results.

Will my website work on mobile and appear in search?

Responsive layouts and basic search foundations are included: meaningful page titles, descriptions, clear structure and sensible loading behaviour. Search rankings depend on many factors, so specific rankings or lead volumes are not guaranteed.

Who owns the website and domain?

The proposal sets out ownership and handover. The intended arrangement is that your domain is registered in your name and your agreed website files and access are handed over after final payment. Any third-party licence terms are explained upfront.

Are hosting and future updates included?

The package prices cover the website project. Domain registration, hosting, paid tools and ongoing updates are scoped and quoted separately, so you can see both the initial cost and any recurring costs.

What happens in the free consultation?

We spend around 15 minutes discussing your business, your audience and what the website needs to do. You leave with a clearer recommended scope. There is no obligation to start a project.
